Tubberville has been charged with felony child abuse, the investigation continues and more charges could be filed.

Police responded to Pease’s trailer at about 11:30 pm on May 16^th, after neighbors called to report her 5-year-old son was out running around the trailer park alone.  Inside officers found her 1-year-old son in a play pen sporting a very soiled diaper and a passed out Pease.  The trailer door had been left standing wide open.

Officers had difficulties waking Pease.  Once she was finally awake she admitted she had taken painkillers.  After refusing medical treatment she was arrested and Broome County Jail.

She has been charged with 2 misdemeanor counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

Get your shit together chick…jeesh!  You are blessed with 2 children that rely on you and you dope yourself up and pass out.  You got lucky this could have ended a whole lot worse.

Miguel Schiappapietra (28), with his wife and three young children, moved into the neighborhood just 5 weeks ago.  He was arrested at the family’s home Saturday.  He has been charged with two counts of lewd acts with a child.

Schiappapietra is a 6 year veteran of the force.

Bloomington, IL – On March 26th, emergency responders were called to a home with reports of a child having a seizure at 4:30am.  An hour later, 3-year old Robbie Cramer was pronounced dead at the local hospital. He was home alone with his mother’s boyfriend, Nicholas Compton, 23, at the time 911 was called.

Since his death, Mr. Compton has been charged with three counts of murder and one count of aggravated domestic battery in connection with the litle boy’s murder. The McLean County State’s Attorney’s Office and the Normal Police Department issued a statement this week that outlines the three murder counts, including one that says that Mr. Compton caused the death of Robbie Cramer by striking him in the abdomen leading to “peritonitis and probable sepsis.” Meaning, he died of blunt force trauma to the abdomen from Compton hitting him so hard.

So where was his mother, Danielle Fisher, in all this? Seems that Mr. Compton was caring for the boy when he died — where was mom at 4;30 in the morning? Working maybe? Not sure, I can’t find that information. When are mothers going to learn that they probably shouldn’t leave their children with their flavor of the month boy toys?

How can I be so harsh without knowing them, you ask? Here’s why:  she knew her boyfriend was beating up her baby and did NOTHING to stop it. She began taking pictures of the injuries that were showing up after leaving her son alone with her man dated back to February. She also considered taking her son to the doctor, but didn’t in fear that medical personnel “would see all of his bruises” and call child welfare authorities.

She’s been charged with 2 counts of endangering the life of a child,  her bond was  set at $500,000.

I hope she rots in jail and then burns in hell.

Phoenix, AR – 36-year old Rozenna Luna was arrested and charged with child abuse after being caught asking complete strangers if they wanted a free baby while standing outside of a Phoenix convenience store.

Police say she had been drinking and smoking meth (shocker!) two days before and had made no attempt to contact any safe haven locations, government agencies or family members for help.

In a ridiculous twist, it was the meth-ed up momma who ended up calling police on herself,  saying she could not care for her child anymore. They say she knew she would be taken to jail on outstanding misdemeanor warrants, AND she knew would no longer to take care of her daughter.

Her ex-husband and baby daddy can’t understand why she’d do that, not sure why the baby isn’t with him though?

The 6-month old baby girl is now in state custody.

Silver lining is that she at least tried to find a place for the baby and didn’t just dump her somewhere.

BREAKING NEWS: Kermit Gosnell, the Philadelphia abortion doctor, has been convicted on three counts of first-degree murder. He was found guilty of killing three newborns at his abortion clinic.

We plan on doing a major write-up for the DISGUSTING and despicable crimes that Kermit Gosnell and his team committed in the abortion clinic from hell in Philadelphia, but we were waiting for his conviction to come in first. There is too much excitement from us here at CAK to not post a notification that he’s been found guilty on three counts of first-degree murder so far.

He did A LOT more than kill 3 newborn babies in his shop of horrors of the course of 30 years. He performed VERY late term abortions for woman (like, almost to full-term babies) by inducing labor and delivering live, viable babies that were still moving, whimpering or breathing and he’d snip their spinal cords with scissors to kill them.  Prosecution experts said one baby was nearly 30 weeks along when it was aborted, and it was so big that Gosnell allegedly joked it could “walk to the bus.” A second fetus was said to be alive for some 20 minutes before a clinic worker snipped its neck. A third was born in a toilet and was moving before another clinic employee grabbed it and severed its spinal cord, according to testimony.

Gosnell also killed 2 women that were in his care and inflicted irreversible damage to many other women by puncturing their uteruses.  He allowed his ineligible staff administer lethal doses of medication to his abortion clinic patients, without the legal ability to practice medicine, aka they weren’t doctors OR nurses.

Authorities said the clinic was a foul-smelling “house of horrors” with bags and bottles of stored fetuses, including jars of severed feet, along with bloodstained furniture, dirty medical instruments, and cats roaming the premises.

Four former clinic employees have pleaded guilty to murder and four more to other charges. They include Gosnell’s wife, Pearl, a cosmetologist who helped perform abortions. You read that right, his wife was a cosmetologist who performed abortions!  He also employed at 16-year old high school student (whose own mother also worked there, killing babies), and had her administering drugs to patients and hanging out with them while sometimes they gave birth to their viable babies into the toilet while they waited for Gosnell to show up late at night.

There are a million more details to get into and a longer and more involved posting (not for the faint at heart) will be up for you to read in the near future.

Justice has been served so far, today he was found guilty of 1st-degree murder. Let’s hope he gets the chair!

Leila, 8, died of shock and bleeding as a result of multiple stab wounds.

The boy appeared with his mom and dad at a vigil that was held for his little sis, just days later. So when the police turned their attention to him and named him the suspect in her murder, the small community was completely shocked. His mother has gone on record saying that there is no possible way that her son was involved in the murder of his sister.

Police have not released information on why he’s been named the suspect, but said there was no sign of a burglary or robbery. As part of the investigation, detectives confiscated several knives from the Fowler home, where Leila lived with her father, stepmother and siblings. He has since been arrested and is facing homicide charges.  My guess is that they fingerprinted the murder weapon and all signs pointed to him. Police don’t go arresting 12-year old boys for murder without some pretty solid proof.

TWIN FALLS, ID – District Judge Richard Bevan, after taking a 15 minute break to collect his thoughts, sentenced Kandi Gay Mohr to 20 years to life for her part in the repeated abuse of a young girl starting at the age of 3.

Judge Bevan said this to Mohr before handing down her sentence, “I have never seen a case that approached the depravity, cruelty and harm to a child.”  Hear, hear Judge!

Mohr, charged with aiding and abetting lewd conduct with a minor, injury to a child and sexual abuse of child, admitted to holding the girl down some 25 times to allow her boyfriend David Meyers and another man to rape her.  She also admitted to sexually abusing or witnessing the sexual abuse by both men of other children.

Mohr, through tears, said she takes full responsibility for her actions, she did mean to hurt the children or disappoint her family.  “I’m not asking you to feel sorry for me, I’m just asking for help,” she said.  Well boo-effing-hoo… no sympathy here, Lady, you are one evil, sick b-tch!

TWIN FALLS, ID - Judge Randy Stoker, after referring to the crimes as the most outrageous and egregious he’s seen during his years on the bench, sentenced David Michael Meyers to 20 years to life for the repeated sexual abuse of a young girl starting when she was just 3-years-old.

The girl’s grandmother addressed the court stating that she can not look at one picture of her granddaughter without realizing that she was being abused at that time.  That is awful!

Meyers also addressed the court through his sobs he apologized to the girl, her family and the community.  Oh wah-wah… you will go sympathy here…not a chance in hell sick-o!

His girlfriend Kandi Gay Mohr, who admitted to police holding the girl down so Meyers could rape her, is scheduled to be sentenced April 23rd for one count of lewd conduct with a minor under 16, one count of injury to a child and one count of sexual abuse of a child under 16.

David Michael Meyers (57) WAS charged with nine counts of possessing or accessing child pornography, two counts of lewd conduct with a child under 16 and one count of sexual abuse of a child under 16, after he and his main squeeze Kandi Gay Mohr were arrested for “allegedly” molesting a little girl starting when she was 3-years-old.  The victim is 11-years-old now.

Meyers took a plea agreement Monday, January 15^th.  He agreed to plead guilty to one count of lewd conduct and three counts of possessing or accessing child pornography; in turn the prosecution dismissed the remaining charges.  He will be sentenced January 28^th.

Meyers was busted after he chatted on-line FBI agents, detailing to the agents about his girlfriend, Mohr, and a child the two were “sexually active” with.  GAG!  Sexually active???? That is not the way I’d describe sex with a child starting at the ripe old age of 3!  Meyers would go on to share pictures of the girl, then 11-years-old, and admit to abusing her since she was 3.

Meyers slag hag, Kandi Gay Mohr, pleaded not guilty to one count of felony injury to a child, two counts each of sexual abuse of a minor and lewd conduct with a minor.  She is scheduled for her pretrial February 26^th.

I do not get this shit and for that I am grateful…but how in the shit do these couples find each other?  Is there some perverts singles site?  How does molesting a 3-year-old come up in conversation between couples?  If my man brought up some sick shit like that, after he picked himself up off the floor, if he could, he’d need to call 911.  Just Sayin’.

During the state’s opening statement prosecutors told jurors they will present evidence that McNeill sent text messages to two different women who lived in the Shady Hollow mobile home park the early morning hours of November 10^th, one being the aunt of Shaniya.  He then left his home, drunk and high on cocaine, to meet with one of the women for sex.  When he arrived the woman he intended to sleep with was sleeping, he then made his way to the home Shaniya shared with her aunt.

McNeill then took Shaniya (5) to a local hotel, where told a clerk she was his daughter and can been seen on surveillance video carrying her into an elevator.  He then took her to a room where he raped her and later took her to the woods where he killed her and disposed of her body.

It is believed Shaniya’s mother Antoinette Davis, gave her daughter to McNeill to settle a drug debt.

The defense’s opening statement went something like this…poor McNeill he is a victim of circumstance; he was simply taking the girl to the hotel as a way of helping her family.  He has NO idea what happened to her after that.  Poor guy… here he is just doing a good deed, in the early morning hours high and drunk, and somehow he gets accused of rape and murder.  Yeah Right!

Did I mention that his previous attorneys, using information obtained for him, led police to the exact location of her body?  I suppose that is another big fat coincidence, ya know kinda like him being that last person seen with her ALIVE and carrying her into an effing hotel elevator.

The jury of eight women and four men is expected to endure a lengthy trial.  The state’s case alone could take up to three week, with 357 tagged exhibits.

If convicted McNeill could (and should) receive the death penalty.

Antoinette Davis is set to go to trial in December.
